We offer our students real-world techniques to successfully defend oneself against
an attack by a bigger, stronger, and more aggressive opponent on the street. Utilizing
and adhering to the core principles of Gracie Ju Jitsu ®, our students rapidly develop
the skills and confidence necessary to effectively subdue an attacker quickly, efficiently, and humanely,
even in a potentially lethal situation.
